QUALITY ASSURANCE

To ensure the continuity of its quality control system, CREC/LSHTM has established a Quality Assurance Unit (QA Unit) to oversee the GLP system. The QA Unit performs periodic facility inspections, process-based inspections and study-based inspections to identify non-conformances to GLP. Once the inspection report is available, corrective actions are taken to address all non-conformances.

As part of the GLP Accreditation , CREC/LSTHM is subject to annual inspections by the South African National Accreditation System (SANAS).
